About the role
Tax Compliance and reporting
Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate and individual tax returns in accordance with Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) requirements.
Support the timely and accurate completion of tax compliance obligations for clients.
Help monitor changes in local tax legislation and ensure clients remain compliant.
Client Service and Relationship Management
Liaise with clients to collect necessary information and documentation for tax engagements
Respond to routine client queries under supervision, ensuring professional and timely communication
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deliverables.
Teamwork & Learning
Work collaboratively with senior consultants and managers on client engagements.
Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions to develop technical and professional skills.
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
