You will partner with hiring managers to build teams across our dynamic region, and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve & innovate how we attract best talent to our organization.
Your Mission
Strategic regional partner for hiring managers, educating them and providing strategic guidance about the external leadership candidate market, ensuring we hire the very best global talent for our positions
Sharing a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding recruiting, advising on position alignments, interview best practices, candidate experience as well as using data to inform your decisions
Proactively pull hiring metrics from various sources and speak to trends beyond the requisition and speak broadly to the market, line of business, or industry
Lead update meetings on active searches, conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers
Actively market map, source and contact prospective candidates while partnering with our employer branding team to find innovative methods of candidate attraction
Ensuring a personalized and exceptional candidate journey, ensuring continuous candidate touchpoints
Assessing talents against business requirements and our company values and Leadership Principles
