THE JOURNEY
Support People Partners and business leaders in the execution of key HR processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent reviews, etc.)
Act as a first point of contact for employees on People-related topics, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience
Partner with managers to support day-to-day people management (onboarding, probation follow-ups, development conversations, etc.)
Assist in identifying and addressing employee relations topics, escalating when needed
Drive and support engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture and positive work environment
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, ensuring alignment with team structure and priorities
Support workforce planning and organizational changes (transfers, promotions, restructuring)
Ensure proper implementation of People policies, processes, and compliance with local regulations
Analyze People data and metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends and support decision-making
Contribute to the design and execution of development plans and learning initiatives
Support internal communication and change management initiatives within the teams
Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
