The Total Rewards Specialist based in Dubai, will support the delivery of total rewards programs with a strong focus on data consolidation, validation, and quality assurance across the markets we operate in.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of Total Rewards data, enabling reliable reporting, analytics and decision-making across compensation and benefits.
What's On Your Plate?
● Consolidate and maintain Total Rewards data from multiple sources (HR systems, payroll, market data), ensuring consistency and accuracy across datasets.
● Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure high data integrity for all compensation and benefits reporting.
● Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards, ensuring reliable and consistent data outputs.
● Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying discrepancies and partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues.
● Ensure strict adherence to data governance, confidentiality, and data handling standards within People & Culture
● Support analysis related to pay equity and minimum wage by ensuring clean, structured, and reliable datasets.
● Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture and Communications teams to improve data processes, automation, and reporting efficiency. Your Plate?
