Government-Related Administration
Safeguard the business against regulatory and compliance risks, optimizing processes for the following:
Own and administer work pass administration for Singapore employees (EP, S Pass, Work Permit), including applications, renewals, cancellations, and changes, ensuring full accuracy, timeliness, and ensuring overall compliance with MOM guidelines.
Take accountability for preparing, submitting, and tracking regulatory documentation and statutory submissions through relevant government portals under established procedures.
Manage statutory and government-related claims such as National Service claims and statutory leave submissions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
Independently ensure timely completion and submission of all government-related surveys and statutory reports.
Serve as the first and last point of contact for employee and stakeholder queries related to Singapore employment regulations and statutory entitlements, taking ownership of issue resolution and escalating complex cases where needed but seeing through to resolution
Own workmen Injury claims process by educating line managers on process and requirements, by coordinating documentation, insurer submissions, and follow-ups through to full closure.
Take responsibility for CorpPass access validation and system access checks requiring local verification.
Internal People Operations
Act as the local Singapore representative for the APAC People Services team, serving as the key bridge between Singapore employees, managers, and the regional People Services team to ensure a seamless employee experience and strong execution of People Operations processes.
Partner closely with the APAC People Services hub, Payroll, Finance, and local People Partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and reliable execution of Singapore People Operations activities, proactively spotting and resolving gaps between local business needs and regional processes.
Own the end-to-end coordination of physical onboarding and offboarding activities, including onsite orientations, documentation collection, and asset return.
Prepare and issue employee letters and supporting documents with strong attention to detail, ensuring proper approvals, formatting, and audit-ready record keeping.
Maintain accurate monthly operational and compliance reporting, including headcount, leave, and reconciliation-related data.
