WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?
As Ops & CX Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of performance across operations and customer experience function, and to develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting it.
The role will be focused on driving data driven decision making & delivering continuous improvement through strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You must have the maturity to work independently on a day-to-day basis and have the wisdom to know when to collaborate, delegate and/or escalate.
Assist in monitoring and improving UAE performance metrics across Operations and CX .
Provide preliminary insights and analyses to assist in decision-making processes.
Handle tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
Coordinate projects and initiatives between local and regional team
Collaborate with the team to monitor performance, identify performance gaps and raise flags as needed.
Assist in implementing performance improvement plans to enhance overall efficiency.
