YOUR MISSION:
As a Brand Ads/Retail Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with Pharma/Beauty brands, driving retail media revenues, and delivering best-in-class marketing solutions within a dynamic quick-commerce environment.
You will work closely with brands of different segments and sizes, helping them achieve their business and marketing objectives through tailored retail media and promotional solutions. Your key responsibilities will include building media offerings, planning and executing integrated campaigns, and analyzing performance to maximize business impact.
In this role, you will:
Develop and manage relationships with Pharma/Beauty brands and strategic partners.
Create and sell retail media and promotional solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide optimization recommendations based on KPIs and business goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
Support brands in effectively managing marketing and trade budgets within the retail ecosystem.
Monitor market trends and identify new business growth opportunities in retail media.
To achieve these goals, you will need to be highly hands-on, and data-driven, possess excellent presentation skills, have a deep understanding of advertising products, coordinate effectively across departments, and manage external/internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve fostering strong business relationships and ensuring that Glovo becomes the preferred advertising partner for brands.

Drive sales of Glovo Retail Media to Pharma/Beauty brands
Build and nurture relationships with strategic advertisers
Recommend advertising products based on data and Pharma/Beauty' brands needs and objectives
Ensure flawless execution of Retail Media campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on Brands and Glovo's overall performance
Track Brands' progress, meet targets and identify new opportunities
Achieve yearly objectives set with Brands (JBP)
Create success stories and share best practices
