YOUR MISSION
Position Glovo's Retail Media advertising assets as the best way for Brands to invest in order to increase awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. Improve business performance resulting in both, BRAND's and glovo's growth.
THE JOURNEY
Establish excellent relationships with the assigned BRANDS through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
Draw, execute and pitch activation plans, making your BRANDS grow through Retail Media and Marketing (in-app & offline), cross selling and up selling opportunities.
Create regular reporting in order to provide business insights and advice to Brands identifying key growth opportunities
Identify new brands to pitch together with category management team, defining best sellers and gaps in assortment
Ensure that the brands managed in your pipeline have the correct distribution (direct sourcing or distributor), presence in all points of sale, so that Glovo has the best assortment and that these new SKUs are supported with different marketing activations
Ensure the teams targets are achieved and that they are correctly and timely doing Billing and finance & rolling-out of Brands Ads products to all MFCs or grocery partners
