YOUR MISSION
Own and grow your categories end-to-end, building a fast, reliable grocery experience in our darkstore supermarkets. You will define the assortment, shape the customer offer, and drive commercial performance—directly impacting how customers shop and how the business scales.
As a part of the team, you will:
Own your categories end-to-end: define and execute the category strategy across assortment, pricing, and in-app visibility to drive AOV, gross margin, and category penetration.
Build best-in-class assortment within our darkstores: identify opportunities, follow trends, manage product lifecycle, track and action underperforming products.
Lead supplier relationships: negotiate yearly contracts, improve commercial terms, and secure funding for promotions and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Brand Ads team to plan and execute in-store campaigns and promotions.
Work cross-functionally with Operations and Demand Planning to ensure strong execution, availability, and positive customer experience.
Oversee UX and Pricing of your categories.
Support and mentor junior team members or interns.
