Leading Role:
• Plan and propose milestones for targets, performance parameters, and evaluation criteria for engineering group, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Propose strategy and contribute to key initiatives and decision-making.
• Propose and implement execution strategies for complex and novel topics. Decide on execution strategies for complicated and occasional topics.
• Collaborate with other departments and functions, ensuring the seamless integration of engineering projects and fostering a cooperative and cohesive work environment
• Implement sub-responsibilities by delegating tasks appropriately and overseeing their completion.

Functional Role:
• Responsible for Product Engineering of Industrial Hydraulic valves.
• Independently handle Product engineering support for series business to worldwide stakeholders.
• Develop new conceptual design solutions for hydraulic valves.
• Perform and review engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, Design FMEA etc.
• Simplify design using advance engineering techniques for cost reduction of products.
