Junior Managers Program - Finance, Controlling and Strategy - Trainee Program (m/f/div.)

Our Junior Managers Program in Finance, Controlling & Accounting is designed for ambitious graduates who want to start their career in the commercial field and prepare specifically for a leadership position. During the program, you will be deployed in various departments of the company, both domestically and internationally, gaining comprehensive insights into our core business processes.

You will rotate through different commercial departments such as finance or controlling and work on strategic projects as well as digitalization and automation topics. Your tasks will include individual project responsibility, optimization of business processes and conducting financial analysis.
