1. Be responsible for the organization of regular staff meetings and department meetings. Be responsible for preparation, releasing and following up related meeting minutes.
2. Responsible for department purchasing, manage and track on purchase workflow from source to contract
3. Support on department budget planning and tracking, office fixed assets management
4. Visitor arrangement
5. Be responsible for HoD's calendar coordination via good planning and communication with internal and external parties.
6. List down and follow up open points and tasks assigned by HOD Conduct & support dept. new employees orientation training
7. Be responsible for preparing documents for dept. and follow up documentation approval and signature based on signature guidelines and other guidelines
8. Be responsible for dept. events organization and travel arrangement
9. Connect with company for notice sharing and required actions following up
Be responsible for communication coordination, question collection, public information sharing and public events organization within dept.
10. Other task assigned by HoD and company
