Negotiation with customer for commercial (PCR, QS/Bonus, payment term etc.), support localization, engineering change request, delivery and other customer related topics.
Customer strategy and product strategy definition; Provide information on customer trends, innovation, market, competitor benchmark to internal; fulfil BBMSP/SoM planning.
New products promotion, leading new business chance study; carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted.
Lead customer project acquisition, has power and ability to coordinate internal and external resource.
