- Manage incoming HR requests through our ticketing system, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Process back-office HR tasks related to termination of employment/contract modification.
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support, including printing, routing documents for signature, and maintaining filing systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners and employees - primarily via our ticketing system - to clarify requests and provide status updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection and company policies.
