Test Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities according to approved test plans and procedures.
- Ensure testing is conducted accurately, consistently, and in compliance with defined standards.
- Monitor test progress and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Review test results with Product Quality Engineers and approve test reports in accordance with quality requirements.
- Support root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
Test Lab Management & Operations
- Responsible for overall test laboratory operations including capacity planning and workload balancing.
- Ensure optimal utilization of test equipment, materials, and resources.
- Manage inventory control for testing materials and consumables.
Equipment Maintenance & 7S
- Ensure all testing equipment is properly maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain safe and organized lab environment.
Training & Competency Development
- Ensure all test technicians and workers are properly trained before performing any testing activities.
Knowledge and Exposure
- Data analysis and reliability testing
- Failure analysis and problem-solving methodology
- Good in 7S.
