Lead the global foreign trade workstream within the PMI program, covering customs, & preference management, and special customs procedures
Support and follow-up health-check implementation of GS foreign trade processes with regional heads, in special organization implementation with HCnew and Broker contracts implementation Inc. SLAs, NDAs and KPIs.
Support the handover from PMI mode into the line organization, ensuring sustainable processes and compliance ownership
Central point of contact for HC/LO project manager.
Coordinate with regions the activities for VC&S to ensure savings as of 1.1mEUR in FT until 2030.
Handle the dependencies with adjacent PMI workstreams (Logistics, IT, Operations, Tax)
Support the HCnew and regional GS/OSD4 with general Foreign trade subjects to ensure operations are running smothly.
Act as first point of contact for HCnew and regional GS/OSD4 for GS FT related subjects.
Follow up OPL with subjects addressed to the PMI project team.
