End to End Hiring Process:
- Assist with various recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the development and refinement of recruitment-related templates to enhance efficiency. • Assist in ensuring a complete set of new hire documentation is gathered and submitted for HRS data and payroll processing.
Onboarding & Integration:
- Assist in employees onboarding program coordination with new hires and presenters from each department.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Assist in the processing and administration of LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri / Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) stamping for relevant documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support for various associate needs and inquiries.
Employee Engagement & Events:
- Participate in the organization and coordination of company events, employee engagement activities, and career fait event.
