Conduct business case analysis and propose potential automation or digitalization use cases to improve operational efficiency.
Support the end-to-end implementation and rollout of selected use cases, including system integration and process optimization activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define project scope and requirements.
Assist in the development, training, and testing of AI or automation solutions under the guidance of the project lead.
Perform testing and validation to ensure solutions operate effectively and meet business requirements.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, user guidelines, and implementation materials for future scalability and knowledge sharing.
Support project coordination and other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or project leader.
