Join an international HVAC aftersales team where technical expertise meets hands-on field support and knowledge sharing. In this role, you will become the go-to expert for service partners and installers while working with innovative heating and cooling technologies.
Your tasks:
► Conduct technical trainings for external service partners, installers, planners, and internal colleagues in F2F format
► Create and localize country-specific training content including presentations, curriculum, web-based trainings, video content, animations, and other learning materials
► Support troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities remotely and on-site
► Act as a technical expert for HVAC products including heat pumps, gas boilers, and air conditioners
► Manage training administration, e-learning content, and training schedules in the e-academy platform
►Support the technical adaptation and maintenance of the training center infrastructure
► Provide back-office support for trainings including organization, customer care, and training room preparation
► Provide on-site technical support together with service partners and installers during commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities
► Participate in regional trainings and international train-the-trainer programs
► Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical knowledge transfer
