Responsible for Supply Module components Assembly and Testing Processes
- Edit and release of manufacturing instruction (WI, CP, FMEA, MSA report, MAE/ Tools release report)
- I4.0 basic knowledge and AI technology apply for the process and quality improvement
- Problem solving during daily production
- Continue improvement for production target KPI achievement
- Tooling/fixtures management
- Sample planning / production for new customer projects
- Support customer release/ audit
- Coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts. lead plant, and external suppliers
- Dealing with Quality issue (concession, 8D, quality incident ...)
- Participate Change management (ECR, lean ECR ...)
