Identification: Research, identify, and categorize potential KOLs and nano/micro-influencers whose audiences and persona align with our Paylater target demographic and values.
Outreach & Relationship Nurturing: Execute initial outreach, manage communication, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs to secure organic and paid content collaborations.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate the timely delivery of collaboration content, ensuring all disclosures and brand guidelines are met.
Community Management:
Identify high-value user stories or testimonials within the community and coordinate with the creative team to develop them into formal case studies or marketing assets.
Oversee the final review and approval process for the videos and ensure all content is stored, cataloged, and ready for deployment across marketing channels.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on key community and KOL performance indicators, including Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, social sentiment and total reach.
Provide insights to the Marketing teams regarding which content formats and topics resonate best with the community.
Coordinating with the performance team to ensure all of the selected KOL content is being pushed to the paid channels.
