At BlueScope, integrity matters. We’re looking for an experienced Investigations Manager to join our Global Investigations Team, playing a critical role in how we identify, investigate and respond to serious misconduct across our global operations.
Reporting to the Global Head of Investigations, this role is a key part of BlueScope’s confidential reporting and investigation framework. You’ll lead and support complex investigations into alleged breaches of our Code of Conduct, policies and the law, operating with independence, discretion and sound judgment in matters that often carry reputational, legal and people risk
This role can be based in Melbourne or Singapore
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage complex investigations into corporate misconduct, including fraud, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest and serious policy breaches
- Conduct forensic interviews and review documentation using structured, defensible investigative methodologies
- Manage and triage reports received through the BlueScope Speak Up hotline
- Produce clear, evidence based investigation reports that support disciplinary, legal or remediation outcomes
- Work closely with Legal, Risk, People and business leaders, including briefing senior executives on investigation findings
- Support cross border investigations, navigating jurisdictional and cultural complexity
- Contribute to broader risk mitigation by identifying systemic issues and patterns of misconduct
