The End-to-End Creative & Strategy Support Manager will own select initiatives from planning through execution, combining project leadership with creative and messaging contribution. This role provides deeper executional ownership while partnering closely with full-time team members on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own smaller initiatives and tactics end-to-end, from intake and briefing through execution and delivery
- Contribute to creative development, messaging refinement, and execution planning
- Develop and execute portfolio-level, agnostic messaging across initiatives
- Partner with full-time team members to support strategic objectives without replacing core ownership
- Manage timelines, deliverables, quality, and stakeholder expectations for assigned initiatives
- Coordinate with project management and operational resources to ensure effective delivery
- Adapt execution based on evolving priorities and feedback
- Contribute to piloting new delivery processes with related EM/DM & Paid campaigns
- Brand Platform Delivery, help transform current CC assets to new brand platform guidelines and visual identity, and deliver through overall approval processes.
Scope of Role
- Broader ownership than a pure PM role, including messaging and creative contribution for smaller-scale projects.
- Supports both Flagship-adjacent work and ECM without exclusive dedication
- Operates flexibly across initiatives based on business needs
