We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our US People team from our Montevideo office. This role will play a key part in ensuring the effective execution of core HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders to support day-to-day people needs.
This position requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and documentation management.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data across HR systems.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely support on HR-related topics.
- Partner closely with business leaders and managers to ensure alignment and consistent execution of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the optimization of HR workflows.
- Support internal HR communications and administrative coordination as needed.
