- Supervise and coordinate all banquet staff during events, ensuring professional conduct and adherence to service standards
- Plan and organize banquet events from initial consultation through execution, managing timelines and logistics
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout all banquet operations
- Manage guest interactions professionally, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Train, mentor, and evaluate banquet staff, providing constructive feedback and performance guidance
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies; report maintenance needs and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage event setup, breakdown, and room transitions efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of events, guest preferences, and special requirements
- Resolve operational issues and guest complaints promptly and professionally
