What you will be doing:
- Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and elevated guest experiences
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
- Act as a floor leader, maintaining presence and supporting service during peak periods
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented and served to the highest standards
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of colleagues
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate key operational updates
- Work closely with Culinary and Bar teams to ensure alignment and service flow
- Monitor staffing levels, service efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
- Other duties assigned
