You’ll uphold hygiene and safety standards, boost morale, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Starting Rate: $28.32 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $31.10.
Offical title of the position is Steward Supervisor.
Job Duties Include:
- Work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation while overseeing kitchen and event setups to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and equipment functionality, including inventory checks and safety audits.
- Lead, coach, and manage team members, including delegating tasks, scheduling, and supporting performance and development
- Handle administrative and operational tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, reporting, and system updates
- Take ownership of responsibilities, solve problems proactively, collaborate with other departments, and perform additional duties as needed.
