As a Guest Service Agent at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional guest service, including personalised greetings, efficient check-in/out processes, and handling queries and requests promptly.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements.
- Ensure the Front Office is well-stocked and operate in compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest needs and special requests.
- Assist with concierge duties, providing local information and recommendations.
- Participate in regular training to enhance guest service skills and contribute to administrative tasks as required.
