Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing all facets of the execution of Banquet and Event Operations at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, training, disciplining and executing the event operations. This role works closely with the Director of Banquets, Assistant Banquet Manager/ Kitchen Management, and Sales/ Catering teams to execute events that are profitable, with a focus on high quality product and service delivery. He/she is expected to execute events according to client satisfaction.
