What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and manage the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room during breakfast and lunch service
- Ensure all dishes are accurate, complete, and meet presentation standards before leaving the pass
- Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, servers, and leadership to ensure timely service
- Monitor ticket times and prioritize orders to maintain service efficiency
- Assist with organizing the pass and maintaining a clean, structured workspace
- Support the culinary and service teams in resolving any delays or discrepancies
- Ensure all guest modifications, allergies, and special requests are properly executed
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
