What you will be doing:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a genuine, personalized welcome
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus as required
- Maintain awareness of restaurant capacity and communicate effectively with the service team
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure the host stand and entrance area are clean, organized, and inviting at all times
- Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen, and leadership teams to enhance the guest experience
- Recognize VIP guests and repeat visitors, ensuring preferences are acknowledged
- Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions
