You will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of guest care, operational excellence, hygiene, and brand presentation within the spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized spa experiences in line with the luxury service standards of Raffles & Fairmont Doha.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and wellness therapies according to established protocols.
- Conduct professional guest consultations to identify individual needs, preferences, and contraindications.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Prepare treatment rooms with the required supplies, amenities, and linens prior to each appointment.
- Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling techniques.
- Maintain strong knowledge of spa products, services, and current wellness trends.
- Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and spa operating procedures at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance or operational concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and guest loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Participate in training programs and continuous development initiatives to maintain professional standards and brand knowledge.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude in all guest and colleague interactions.
