As a Spa & Recreation Receptionist at Raffles & Fairmont Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa and recreation facilities. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, refined, and personalized experience that reflects the elegance and luxury service standards of the Raffles and Fairmont brands.
You will be responsible for managing guest appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating spa and recreation bookings, and ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional guest service with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service in line with Raffles & Fairmont brand standards.
- Manage spa and recreation reservations, appointments, and scheduling efficiently using the spa booking system.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding treatments, facilities, memberships, operating hours, and promotions in a professional manner.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including payment processing and billing.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area at all times.
- Coordinate communication between therapists, recreation attendants, and guests to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Promote spa services, wellness programs, memberships, and retail products to support revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and appointment records.
- Ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly, professionally, and with discretion.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards within reception and recreation areas.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures of the spa and recreation facilities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of spa treatments, recreation facilities, and hotel offerings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
