We are seeking a Reservations All Rounder to join our dynamic team. In this versatile role, you will be the backbone of our reservations department, handling a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure seamless booking experiences for our guests. As an all-rounder, you will support multiple functions within the reservations team while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and operational efficiency.
- Process and manage guest reservations across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide comprehensive customer support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in our booking systems and databases
- Handle payment processing and verify booking confirmations with guests
- Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping, front desk, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests with flexibility and attention to detail
- Support team members across various reservations functions and provide backup coverage as needed
- Identify and resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotional offerings
- Contribute to team goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
