What You Will Be Doing
- Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist guests with menu selections in an informative and thoughtful manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen to ensure prompt order pickup
- Verify all outgoing orders for quality, presentation, and accuracy
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
