Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services
Maintenance of SharePoint servers
Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development)
Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
Architecting long term changes to the SharePoint platforms
Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view
Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of SharePoint platforms according to the need of the project
Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers
Maintenance of system documentation
Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
Reporting on activities
Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor
