We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in our Laval site (Quebec). As a Scale and Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.
What you’re responsible for:
- Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
- Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
- Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
- Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed.
- Track material shipments and produce required reports.
- Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).
