As the Accounting Technician at Honeycomb, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the business, ensuring timely processing and reporting of transactions.
What you’re responsible for:
- Entering financial data: purchases, expenses, and other routine transactions.
- Monitoring accounts payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations and account monitoring.
- Managing group and company wide intercompany transactions.
- Participating in month-end activities such as posting journal entries.
- Participating in improving accounting processes and implementing internal controls.
