Role:
You will be part of program developing ORAN compliant LTE and 5G NR based radio unit (O-RU) and distributed unit (O-DU) verification products.
You will play a role of Software Architect and/or operational product owner in various phases of product development - from requirement analysis till delivery and maintenance. We follow modern Agile practices with a heavy focus on individual ownership and proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be up to date with the latest releases of Cellular, O-RAN, and CPRI/eCPRI standards.
- Interact with customers and end users to gather technical requirements.
- Provide ideas/recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Design how to technically implement new features.
- Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program.
- Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.
