Position Summary
UKG Administrator IV is a expert-level analyst with 8+ years of experience and one or more intermediate UKG WFM badges. This role is responsible for strategic oversight of UKG WFM configuration, optimization, and support across enterprise functions.Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and long-term configuration planning fortimekeeping and advanced scheduling
Architect complex configurations and drive system-wide design initiatives
Advisebusiness leadership on best practices andUKGroadmap alignment
Establish functional standards, naming conventions, and design documentation
Coach and train the functional analyst team, fostering knowledge transfer
Lead enterprise initiatives and major releases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Subject-matter experton most configuration areas in UKG WFM with a deep understanding of how they are implemented at MultiCare; familiaritywith all configuration areas (Pay Policies, Scheduling Setup, Attestation, reporting, etc.)
Serve as SME for audits, governance, and cross-functional steering committees
Requirements:
8+ years ofUKG Workforce Managementfunctional configuration experience
One or moreUKGWFMbadges (Intermediate)
Proventrack recordof driving enterprise-level configuration strategy
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (orcomparable combination of education and relevantexperience)
Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
2-3 years MultiCareexperience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,425.60 - $179,046.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
