TheMember of Technical Staff is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping photolithography direction across multiple nodes and influencing organizational decisions through deepexpertiseand leadership.This role influences integration strategy,mentorsengineers, and drives innovation across development teams.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
PhD≥8yrs, or Master’s ≥11yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥13yrsof relevant experience in
Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,withdemonstratedexperience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
Must‑HaveTechnical Skills
Proventrack recordin defining andaccomplishingphotolithography process & equipment roadmaps
Deep knowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging
Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture
Advancedproficiencyin lithography simulation tools, material characterization,DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis
