Job / Role Summary
As a Technical Leadership Program (TLP) member, the SMTS defines and leads pathfinding photolithography technologies beyond current roadmaps, shaping Micron’s future technical capability.This roleleads &influencesdevelopment & integrationstrategy, mentorsseniorengineers, and drives innovation across development teams.
Main Responsibilities
Leadpathfinding initiatives for future nodes and architectures
Establish long-term technology vision, defininglong‑termphotolithography process and equipmenttechnology roadmaps.
De‑risk novel lithography concepts and platforms.
Serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
PhD≥12yrs, or Master’s ≥15yrs,of relevant experience in
Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,withdemonstratedexperience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
Recognized advanced imaging authority
Must‑HaveTechnical Skills
Advancedproficiencyinphotolithography process & equipment roadmaps;cutting edgephotolithography equipment & metrology tools experience
Advancedknowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging
Advancedunderstanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture
Multi-node,Multi-siteprogram leadership
Advancedproficiencyin lithography simulation tools, material characterization,DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis
