Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing construction in active healthcare environments across multiple facilities or regions.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare construction safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
• 3+ years progressive construction leadership experience, including significant healthcare exposure.
• Professional certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, CHC.
• Experience in large hospital systems, IDNs, or academic medical centers.
• Background in major capital programs, central utility plants, or high‑acuity clinical environments.
