Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or planning-related degree from an accredited university.
Experience: 12 years of progressive experience in planning, research, design, and construction across various facility developments, 5 of those years are specifically focused on the healthcare industry, involving both existing facilities and large-scale replacements.
Certification:
Preferred Qualifications:
License: Architecture or Interior Design License or procuring is preferred.
Certification: Any or combination of AIA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, EDAC, or CHC member.
Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic healthcare codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to travel 25%.
• Ability to develop and implement consistent planning and design models, and gain acceptance from various teams and senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with project teams, local and senior leadership, and strategic partners.
• Collaborative skills to work with others in establishing and tracking operational efficiencies and pioneering new initiatives with advanced technologies.
• Skills in training and developing strategic partners and team members on brand and operational initiatives, as well as team building.
• Leadership skills to facilitate meetings, create and deliver presentations, solve problems, set goals, and develop implementation plans.
