Preferred: Two (2) years of customer service experience
Healthcare or hospital-based experience beneficial
Required: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED)
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and teamwork
Comfortable handling sensitive situations, including deceased patients and bereaved families
Professional appearance and conduct in accordance with hospital policy
Ability to use hospital technology systems (Epic, pager, transport logs)
Regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds
Prolonged standing and walking throughout each shift
Frequent gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to safely transport and assist patients and equipment
