Summary
Responsible for managing and supervising a team of therapists, ensuring that all therapy services are delivered in accordance with established quality standards, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the therapy department. Collaborates with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans and provide clinical support as needed.

Essential Functions
-Develop and implement policies and procedures for the therapy department to ensure that all therapy services are delivered in accordance with established quality standards and best practices.
-Manage and supervise a team of therapists, including hiring, training, and performance management.
-Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans for clients and provide clinical support as needed.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy services and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
-Manage the department budget and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
-Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support the delivery of therapy services.
-Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that the therapy department is in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
-Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the therapy department and the outcomes of therapy services.
Education
Master's Degree Occupational Therapy required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study required
