- Ability to manage more complex phone calls, and give more detailed information, solving more complex issues as appropriate.
- Highly proficient in all communication skills (phone, verbal and written).

Reporting directly to Dr. Doug Kwon, the Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the PI, ensuring operational excellence across research, clinical, and leadership responsibilities. This role requires a high degree of initiative, judgment, and autonomy. The Executive Assistant will proactively manage complex priorities, coordinate high-level internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a trusted representative of the PI and the Lab.
