Job Summary
Summary Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the organization's administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with organizational policies. Works closely with various departments to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the overall success of hospital initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative procedures, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Functions
Coordinate and support administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow.
-Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Prepare reports and documentation to support decision-making and track operational performance.
-Maintain records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
-Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data collection, and project coordination.
-Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of hospital services.
-Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to support daily operations.
-Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
-Functions as an Epic and Cadence Super User and resource to administrative support staff.
-Reviews the Heart Center and Vascular Center referral work queues for lag and prompts administrative support staff as necessary in support of timely patient flow and provider productivity. Troubleshoots Access Office issues as appropriate.
- Working on the non-contracted insurances for the lab and the clinic under the direct support of the manager.
- Assisting patients with questions related to their authorizations and coverage for the procedures.

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in an administrative or operational support role 2-3 years required and Experience in a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
