About You
In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on delivering impactful learning solutions while putting inclusivity, accessibility, and learner experience at the centre. In this role, you will design and develop high-quality learning experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and learning outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Capability Partners and stakeholders to define learning strategies, apply instructional design best practices, and enable consistent, engaging learning programs globally. You will also leverage measurement frameworks such as Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. It starts with YOU.
Job responsibilities include:
Develop high-quality learning deliverables across platforms (eLearning, workshops, podcasts, videos, guides, etc.), aligned to project objectives.
Apply inclusive design practices ensuring global accessibility and localization standards.
Use L&D measurement strategies (Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation).
Collaborate with Capability Partners to define learning goals and outcomes.
Identify appropriate learning modalities for content delivery.
Document instructional design processes and standards for consistency.
Conduct audits of L&D programs and drive continuous improvement.
Manage projects—track milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Handle multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Enable consistent and positive learning experiences for facilitators.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, E-learning, or Digital Content Development (mandatory/strongly preferred).
5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer/Learning Content Developer.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations across multiple business lines
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to global stakeholders (Function/Segment N-2, ABU level).
Experience working with People COEs and GBS environments.
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills..
