Key Responsibilities
Drivebusiness critical projectsto completion, owningdiscovery todeliveryand holdingyourself and the project team accountable tomeeting timelines Demonstrateexceptionalprojectmanagement skillsthrough buildingandmanagingintegrated project plans across teams, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources
Act as a key partner to leaderswithinIT, Finance, and otheroperationalstakeholdersto translate business needs into actionable plans
Proactivelyidentifyrisks, remove blockers, and keep initiatives on track in fast-moving environments
Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders, includingseniorleadership, and drive alignment on priorities and outcomes
Identifyand implement improvements to project delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
Support best practices in project management and help elevate capabilities across teams
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functionalprojectsor programs
Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives from planning through execution
Strong experiencemanagingtechnical and cross functionalprojectswith ITenterpriseandfinancialstemsin scope(e.g.ERP, ITGC)
Exceptional communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability tooperateeffectively in ambiguity
Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITGC, audit, or compliance-related programs
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Excel
Background in high-growth or scaling organizations

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$96,000 and $144,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
